Navrang Jewellers is a family showroom, not a data business. We only collect the information you choose to share with us — chiefly through our enquiry form and when you contact us directly.
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:
- Name — so we can address you personally.
- Email address — to reply to your enquiry.
- Phone number — to call or message you about your visit or piece, including over WhatsApp.
- Your message and area of interest — the details you share about the jewellery or occasion you have in mind.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive financial details such as card numbers through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used only for the purposes you would expect from a jeweller you have reached out to:
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a showroom visit or consultation.
- To discuss a custom piece, quotation, or ongoing order with you.
- To keep a record of our conversation so we can serve you better on your next visit.
- To send occasional updates about collections or festive offerings — only if you have asked us to.
We will never use your details for purposes you have not agreed to, and we will not contact you with marketing you did not request.
We never sell your data
This is simple and absolute: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Your details stay within our family business and are shared only where genuinely needed to serve you, as described in this policy.
Three generations of relationships were built on discretion. Your privacy is treated with the same respect as our craft.
Analytics & consent
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and Google Analytics to understand aggregate use of our website. These services are provided by Google and may process online identifiers, browser/device details, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Analytics is optional on this website. Our default setting denies analytics storage until you choose to accept it. We do not use this website to collect payment-card information, and we do not use analytics to make decisions about you.
Google’s privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can also use Google’s browser opt-out tools or your browser controls to limit analytics cookies. We review analytics access and retention settings in the Google Analytics account periodically.
Third parties
We keep the number of third parties involved deliberately small.
When you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your conversation is carried over WhatsApp's platform and is subject to their own privacy terms. We use WhatsApp only to communicate with you directly about your enquiry.
Service providers
We may rely on trusted providers for website hosting and email delivery. These providers process information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are used only in line with the analytics choice described above.
Data retention
We keep your enquiry details only for as long as needed to serve you well — to follow up on your enquiry, complete a custom order, or maintain the relationship you have chosen to have with us. When information is no longer needed, we remove it.
If you would like us to delete your details sooner, simply ask, and we will do so promptly.
Your rights
Your information belongs to you. At any time, you may:
- Ask what we hold — request a copy of the information we have about you.
- Correct it — have any inaccurate details updated.
- Have it removed — ask us to delete your information from our records.
