Use of this website
This website belongs to Navrang Jewellers, Junagadh. By browsing it, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith — for learning about our house, our craft, and our collections, and for reaching out to us.
The website is intended to inform and to begin a conversation. It is not an online store: pieces are not sold or checked out through this site. Any purchase is completed personally, at the showroom or through direct arrangement with us.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that could harm the business or other visitors.
Product & pricing accuracy
We take real care over how our jewellery is shown and described. Even so, some things about gold are worth stating plainly.
Gold rate fluctuation
Gold is a live commodity. Its rate moves daily with the market, so any price shown or quoted is indicative and tied to the prevailing rate at the time of purchase. The final price is confirmed with you directly before any order is placed.
Hallmarking & purity
Our gold jewellery is BIS Hallmark certified. The hallmark on each piece is your independent guarantee of its purity. Where a piece carries diamonds or other stones, their details are shared honestly at the time of purchase.
Images & descriptions
Photographs are representative. Because much of our work is handmade, small natural variations in finish, weight, and appearance are part of the craft and are not defects.
Custom orders & advances
Commissioning a bespoke piece is a shared journey. To reserve materials and begin the karigar's work, a custom order requires an advance payment, agreed with you before work starts.
- Advance payment — a portion of the estimated value, confirmed in writing or in conversation at the time of order.
- Design approval — work begins only once you have approved the design and specification.
- Timelines — handmade work takes time; we share a realistic estimate and keep you updated.
- Cancellation of custom work — because bespoke pieces are made specifically for you, advances on custom orders may be non-refundable once work has begun. The exact terms are agreed with you at the outset.
Every custom commission is confirmed personally. Nothing here replaces the conversation we will have with you before your piece is made.
Returns & exchange
We want you to be genuinely happy with your jewellery. Our returns and exchange approach reflects both fairness to you and the nature of fine, often handmade, gold.
- Ready pieces — exchange or return terms, including any applicable timeframe and deductions, are explained to you at the time of purchase.
- Custom & personalised pieces — made specifically for you and therefore generally not returnable, except in the case of a genuine fault.
- Buy-back & exchange of gold — handled transparently against the prevailing gold rate and the piece's assessed purity and weight.
- Condition — returned or exchanged pieces should be in original condition with any certificate or hallmark documentation.
We explain the applicable exchange or return terms in writing before purchase so you can make an informed decision for the particular piece you select.
